国家税务总局通告2018年第24号
现将入口租赁飞机有关增值税问题通告如下：
自2018年6月1日起，对申报入口羁系方法为1500（租赁不满一年）、1523（租赁商业）、9800（租赁征税）的租赁飞机（税则品目：8802），海关阻止代征入口环节增值税。入口租赁飞机增值税的征收治理，由税务机关凭证现行增值税政策组织实验。
特此通告。
